When you book, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, and your booking details (location, barber, service, date and time). If you create a customer account, we also keep your login email and booking history. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address. When you use the site, we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, via cookies and server logs.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data, and ask that you do not send them to us.

We process your data to: take, confirm and manage your booking (to perform the service you request); send confirmations and reminders by email and SMS (to perform the contract and reduce no-shows); apply our cancellation policy; maintain your customer account; send our newsletter where you have opted in (consent); and keep accounting records (legal obligation). You can withdraw consent — for example, unsubscribe from the newsletter — at any time without affecting existing bookings.

When you book, we send a confirmation and a reminder (typically 24 hours before) to the contact details you provide. These are part of the service. To stop reminders, contact us — note that turning them off does not cancel your appointment.
